Death by thousand cuts
This project is a contemplative photographic series exploring the psychological impact of small "t" trauma, the repetitive, chronic relational stressors and emotionally overwhelming situations that, while not life-threatening, permanently erode one's sense of safety, worth, and identity. Unlike capital "T" trauma (acute, singular events), small "t" trauma encompasses emotional neglect, rejection, toxic relationships, and repeated humiliation that accumulate into deep psychological wounds.
