Broken Soul

"Broken Soul is a photographic series investigating the psychological and spiritual costs of living under surveillance capitalism - an economic system that feeds not on labour, but on the continuous extraction of human experience. Through motion blur, fragmentation, and glitch aesthetics, the work visualises the impossibility of maintaining a stable self when existence itself has become the raw material for profit.

We live in an era where privacy is not a right, but an increasingly impossible luxury. Algorithms observe without rest, tracking not to protect but to predict and modify behaviour. The promise is convenience, connection, optimisation - the reality is a fundamental transformation of what it means to be human. We are no longer individuals with inner lives; we are data points, behavioural surplus, prediction products.
