No Show was made using a long exposure on the Irish Sea, where the shutter compresses the water into a single flat plane of teal and the sky into horizontal bands of warm amber and deep violet. The horizon divides the frame with unusual precision — two worlds, each refusing to acknowledge the other. The title names what didn't happen: the sunset that was forecast, the spectacle that failed to arrive. What remained instead was quieter and stranger, and worth more than the thing that was expected.
